1. Why do you issue rebates?

Rebates are issued as a sign of appreciation for doing business with corresponding web host. Rebates are not incentives to buy any services. We get commissions from web hosting companies for valuable clients like you, and we share these commissions with you. It's a win-win-win situation.

2. How much of my web hosting costs can I get refunded?

It depends on the web host and plan of your choice. Rebates range from 25% to 80% of your total costs before taxes. You will find more detailed rebate information for each host and their plans on their review pages.

3. How do I qualify for a rebate?

You must be a NEW customer of the corresponding host in order to claim the rebate. If you are an existing customer or have another account with the host, you will not be eligible for the rebate. You must only use discount coupons found on our website. Using any external coupons will disqualify you from getting a rebate. You also have to have your internet cookies enabled to track your referral from our site to the host. If you have cookies disabled you will not qualify for rebate. 4. How do I claim my rebate?

To claim your rebate, simply fill out the Rebate Form with complete purchase informtation within 15 days of your web hosting purchase. Failure to provide complete information may delay your rebate.

5. Is my contact information safe?

YES! Absolutely. We value your privacy which is why we only ask for the minimum amount of information in order to fulfill your rebate request unlike other sites.

We will only use your email address to communicate with you about your rebate status. You will NOT be on a mailing list of any sort nor will your information be sold or bartered. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.

6. How long does it take to get my rebate?

After we receive your rebate request and verify your order and signup are valid, it will take anywhere from 30 to 90 days for your rebate to be sent out. Because mosts hosts offer a 30 or 90 day money back guarantee, we must wait 30 to 90 days depending on a web host in order to prevent fraudulent rebate requests.

7. Why do I have to wait 30 days for my rebate to be sent out?

Most web hosts on our website offer a 30-day money back guarantee. When that guarantee expires, our commission is released and so is your rebate. We cannot issue rebates before host's money back guarantee is expired in order to prevent fraudulent rebate requests.

8. How do I get my rebate?

At this stage, in order to pass on the highest rebates, we are only processing payments through PayPal.

9. I don't have a PayPal account, how do I get one?

If you do not have PayPal account, just visit www.PayPal.com and sign up. It is free, convenient, and easy to use!
